[ML-Browser] Single frame of background on page change

When browsing Manialinks in the browser, whenever you goto another Manialink, you get one sinlge frame (or very view frames), where you see the clouds in the background, before the new Manialink page is actually rendered. This is especially ugly if you have a non-transparent ManiaLink, as it kind of flickers whenever you click any link to get to a new page.

For example, if you are on (non-transparent) Manialink A, and click a link to get to (non-transparent) ManiaLink B, you actually see
A -> background clouds -> B

It would be nice to have no delay between displaying A and B, as it is in TMForever and as it was before ShootMania Beta2 (if I remember right).
