Smurfs celebrate 5 year existence: Special Smurfscup in June

This month we will celebrate our 5th Anniversary of The Smurfs!!!!
Therefore we made this promo to thank everyone for these amazing 5 years and show you some of the games we played and hosted in those past 5 years!

Smurfscup 5 years Promo

This month, we use 7 previous Smurfscuptracks at the Smurfscup where 14.000 planets is divided for the top 10 on June 1, 8 and 15!
To make this month extra special we organize a MEGASMURFSCUP on JUNE 29 were we divide 30.000 planets for the top 10 including 10.000 planets for the winner!!
Because of a real-life meeting of the Smurfs there wont be a Smurfscup on June 22.

So our programme of June will be:

1) June 1, 20.00 CEST: Smurfscup with 14k in planets
2) June 8, 20.00 CEST: Smurfscup with 14k in planets
3) June 15, 20.00 CEST: Smurfscup with 14k in planets
4) June 22: NO SMURFSCUP because of a real-life Smurfsmeeting
5) June 29, 20.00 CEST: MEGASmurfscup with 30k in planets
6) Extra monthly bonus of 14k in planets by adding all points of the month June together without the worst week

But even more important then getting those planets, its just fun!!

The Smurfscup will be driven in rounds on 7 tracks on our TM2 server, Smurfen.net,
which is located in the Netherlands, Noord-Brabant, and starts at 20.00 CEST.
You don't have to register anywhere to compete, we simply use your login to pay-out all prizes.
Just show up and you can join and enjoy .

2nd place: 3000 planets
3rd place: 2000 planets
4th place: 1500 planets
5th place: 900 planets
6th place: 600 planets
7th place: 400 planets
8th place: 300 planets
9th place: 200 planets
10th place: 100 planets

The prices of the THE MEGASMURFSCUP on JUNE 29 will be divided as follows:

1st place: 10000 planets
2nd place: 7000 planets
3rd place: 4000 planets
4th place: 3000 planets
5th place: 2000 planets
6th place: 1500 planets
7th place: 1000 planets
8th place: 750 planets
9th place: 500 planets
10th place: 250 planets

Woohooo 5 years of fun and gaming with The Smurfs.

I can remember we started with Half life 2 and Trackmania (1) stadium

Now and then there was some little game that we've played sometimes for fun, but we stayed on playing TM1.

After years of waiting there came TM2 and now after 5 years of Smurfs, we've got a nice community.

Some facts:

The Smurfs started 5 years ago with the founders HaagseSmurf and LolSmurf.
They started playing Half life 2 at first.
Then they started playing TM1 too.
Call of duty 4 was a game that has been played a lot by our community members too and we started a server for this game at the side.
Teamspeak 2 was always fun and crowded, then there came Teamspeak 3. Still the fun and the people are there
After a couple of years there was Trackmania 2 Canyon, and we started a server for this.


We started our own website/forums at http://www.smurfen.net
Today we've got 643 community members registered on our website/forums (not all of them are Smurf)
There are servers running for the next games:
Teamspeak 3
Trackmania 2 Canyon
Trackmania 2 Stadium
Shootmania
Call of duty 4
Minecraft

At all these server one rule is the most important there is for our community:

Have fun with the game you play!
