add delay after firing weapon

if possible how can you add a delay after you shot your weapons?

similar to ammo recharge but have delay when you can fire the next shot

this delay handy for game mode for example joust which have no ammo recharge delay becoz ammo instantly refill when touch pole

need option to add delay to make game less "spammy" to make player use tactic strategy , more brain - less spam

you can't modify the shooting frequency unfortunately (yet?)
