Help: No Text In Menu/ Options Boxes

Hello, I jut recently bought Trackmania 2 Canyon and it was working fine until this morning when it asked me to update the game, and i had no choice but to upgrade or quit.

But when I did all the text in menus and options are gone and I have to guess what its asking me. I appreciate the time and effort for those who help me!

now it looks like this:
