Best Settings for Max FPS and best gaming (HELP)

I just brought the game and I tried lots of settings so that the FPS are maxed out and I can get a exellent view of players/outlines and etc, I didn't mess with lightmap yet but I will to see whats the best option.

Can anyone show me or give me the perfect settings for the best gaming/competition visual, for max FPS and see pretty well, I would like to have a smooth fps rate and see pretty well my surroundings and outlines.

resolution max, anisotropic 16x, maybe antialiasing (if it doesn't hit performance too much), rest on lowest. lightmaps don't matter when playing online.

Never tried maxing up Anisotropic, i'm gonna try it, my PC isn't a big deal for high graphics games

Well.. tried it, and I don't have more then 100Fps... And I kinda see bad at a distance and such.. to do shots I need to get really concentrated

screen please... and I don't have more than 70, yet I won 3 attack rounds today.
