Hello,

I recently bought TM2:Stadium and couldn't remember my login that I had previously used for TMUF and TM2:Canyon, so I created a new account. Shortly after I remembered my original login...

I would like to delete this new account and just use my old existing one, however I can find no options to do so.
I would also like to change the email address associated with old existing account, but again, can't find where to do this.

well i think deleting an account isn't possible (and not really necessary^^)

changing the email address is possible though (you can use the same address for multiple accounts)
ingame -> enter a station -> profile -> player page

I need to delete or merge/transfer the account as my game CD key is bound to the new account.

In case It wasn't clear:

I have two accounts, I want to either merge them or transfer a serial key. I'm asking if that is possible?

Account 1 (this account; winweb): has TMUF and TM2:Canyon

Account 2: has TM2:Stadium

I want to either merge Account 2 into Account 1 or remove the serial key from Account 2 and add it to Account 1.

Well, I thought you would try at least to use the mail, but I guess it will still not help, this is why I was asking.

But the answer I know is simple: once a key is connected with to a login, it cannot be removed or given away.
And a account cannot be deleted, Medals cannot be transferred.

The only thing you can do is to transfer Planets from one account to another, and to let rest the login.

Of course you can't delete your account. It's a safetymeasure but also the only way to reach ~12 million players.

I'm starting to agree with you unfortuantely, even more so as it seems the only way to get the outcome I want is to purchase another copy of the game.

Well I bought TM2:Stadium through Steam, but I don't see how they could help me with an account issue?

How would I get the attention of a Nadeo staff member?
