Please use a different share that allows a direct link to the file.
I always get nervous if those sites like speedyshare force you to download an exe first, in consequence I avoid them

you must've pressed the wrong button -.- the direct link is the filename with dashed underlining.

yes TMarc just in the file name to download don't press anything else, i do have the same opinion as you just hate this things. it's where it says on top Descarregar: Broken.Map.Gbx
Re: Making maps Editing crash Big Bug as a Real Mapper told
ah, I did not notice the dotted line earlier, sorry
nice track! Only one turn is a bit narrow to drive, soon before the end
Funny thing, I'm able to drive to register a ghost. But validation does not work.
Even after selecting all blocks and deleting them, and adding just a start, a checkpoint and a goal, it still didn't work.
You must have done some really weird trick then
I remember once this happened a while ago already, some connections inside the map were broken,
which tell the engine there is a start, at least one checkpoint, and a end...
Now how to get it working again... without need to recreate it completely block by block...
Idea

Visual How-To:
1. load the map
2. select all blocks

3. save the selection as macroblock, chose any name you will recognize

4. close the map, create a new one, select the macroblocks and
5. select the previously saved macroblock

6. move the macroblock inside the Stadium where you like to have it place it with one left mouse click

7. run the validation, calculate the shadows, do the MT stuff, save it
Done.

- load the map
- use the selection tool (the one with the small blue blocks inside: [...])
- select all items
- save the selection as new blocks combination ("macroblock")
- close the track
- create a new track
- select the previously saved combination
- validate it
- calculate shadows
- save it

1. load the map
2. select all blocks

Re: Making maps Editing crash Big Bug as a Real Mapper told
I tested the map with GbxDump and found some wrong values:
Type: Script (should be Race)
Map Type: Libs\Nadeo\TrackMania\TM (should be Trackmania\Race)

It is possible to select a custom script based map type. But you are not able to switch back to default race mode.
Someone should report this bug to Nadeo.

Right, I also noticed that, I can confirmElectron wrote:It is possible to select a custom script based map type. But you are not able to switch back to default race mode.

Consider it done, since we are already in the Reports section.Electron wrote:Someone should report this bug to Nadeo.
Or do you prefer to have a new individual report thread? Also welcome
