[Valley][Fixed] Connection of Block 4-4-6

There seems to be a difference in height of the Block 4-4-6 and the rest of the blocks resulting in an unsmooth connection with a little step. It only occurs when placed on the ground, tho.

Will this be fixed on existing tracks or only on tracks made after the fix?
