[Update #2] White overlay appears half-sided

I've noticed this the first time i was driving in Solo-Mode and the second time on my development server right now (and was able to make a screenshot). I guess the screenshot shows it all:

This appears randomly and i was'nt able to reproduce it, but i think it was always in the near of a Checkpoint. It was on different maps.

This white overlay disappears after about 4-5 seconds.
