Car Skin not working ingame

My car skin is showing in Profile > Models, was unlocked, and selected but will not show when I go into a race, it just shows the default.

Also when selecting models that are included but different colours all showing default model ingame for me.

I've googled the issue but don't know what to do, and can't find anything on it

Which game? Did you purchase it?
Are firewall settings done accordingly? (Ports 2350 and 3450 must be openend for UDP & TCP).
