windowed mode bug

When playing in windowed mode and you switch windows
when you switch back to MP window you car resets back to the start line.
this happens on Valley, canyon and stadium
before the update 2.1 it didnt you could always continue driving from were your car was parked.
please fix

Well i also have a window open with TV (to watch sport) or chat program and listen while i drive.
if something happens or i get a msg i switch windows to see/reply.

I also found that if your in spec and switch windows when you switch back you come out of spec and respawn at start line. this also didnt happen pre 2.1 update
