Slow motion in End of Race Replay

Is there a way yet to add a slow motion effects in an "End Of Race" replay? I know it can be done by loading a saved replay and editing it but I'd like it to be part of the media tracker "End of race" saved with the track.
CPU: Intel I7-4770 64Bit @ 3.4Ghz.
Ram: 32GB DDR3
GPU: Geforce GXT 1060 6.2GB DDR5
Windows: 7 Pro SP1 64bit
