Hi,i have just started playing trackmania 2 stadium and it has taken me quite a while to get used to how the planets work within the game but i have came across an error that means i am not allowed to purchase anything from the ingame user content pages or from manually downloading a mod and placing it into the correct folder then launching the game and trying to install and pay for the content.
So far i have lost some of the initial planets the game gives you when you start the game for the first time,i purchased some extra pages on my home page,this was fine,i purchased a new track set mod and placed it onto one of those pages,this was also fine but after that things went wrong.
I spotted some mods made by a user called MR.DVD ,the snow mod and i think island mod,both are for stadium,when i tried to buy these mods it took my entire amount of planets and left me with the number 20 as my remaining planets but at the same time the mod did not install and told me i didn't have enough planets.
I repeated this after playing some single player and some online and earning some more planets but the exact same thing happened again,this ment i have lost many planets,again i decided to keep an eye on these planets to see where and when i do earn them,i then earned 100 planets that i didn't even notice erning but they just appeared
so i went and tried to buy the snow mod again !!!! this time when i tried to buy the mod it told me i need to type in my security pass key,i googled this and decided i would do it,after that i was deducted the correct amount of planets and i received the mod fully working !!!!
Now,i still have a problem,i have no idea where and where i earn these planets but i have been keeping a keen eye on them while playing the game,i never seem to get any planets then all of a sudden ill come out of play and see that i have 600 planets only to go back to the main page and that number drops back to 20 planets ???? this seems to happen all the time so infact i think i am earning planets and losing them,i am buying mods and losing them as well.
I am not happy at this,not really fair but also the lack of info on these planets and how they are earned,i have asked on steam,i have googled everywhere,i have even asked in game online and yet not very many people know how or where you get them but they will all tell you that they are used to buy mods ! yep i know that already even tho i have this problem that i can't really spend them as they are taken away the minute i earn them.
anyway ,can anyone help with this ,ohh and one last thing i have already uninstalled from steam and deleted both folders from steam and my documents then installed again yet this same problem persists .
i have read through this post in regards to planets,this does seem like a good system but again it is not working for me,i have won nearly all bronze and silver for all single player tracks and also a few golds as well,i have been keeping an eye on my planets when i get a gold yet i receive no planets,this is in the main campaign,not a user created one however i have also tried those as well with no luck.

UPDATE
Ok i have been playing some more and when i finished a few tracks i received 600 planets and my online score went down as well,i exited the game and logged back in and again i have 20 planets grrrrrr this is rubbish
How can i recommend this game to my brother or my close friends to play with me when the game doesn't work right
