i need someone for making a mod!!!!

hi all, i'm the-b-racer. I make a lot of maps on shootmania. i want to do someting new, i have a great idea for making some maps, after i have seen the movie tron, i want to make a map with a tron mod, but there is one big problem there is no tron mod. i hope there is someone who want to help me, i cant make mods, but maybe you can.
