I can't connect to any multiplayer server since it's greyed

I bought TrackMania 2 Valley, installed it, play it for a while. Then, I bought TrackMania 2 Stadium, installed it, play it for a while. I played both games doing the colored flags. Then I decided to play multiplayer, but I found out that the More Servers button is disabled, in the top it appears I'm offline and I can't figure out what's going on, since everytime I gain a medal in the colored flags, it shows me that I go up in the ladder of México, North America and World wide.

Also, I can't use my mouse, so I have to move with my keyboard.

How could I play games in multiplayer mode?

The "offline" indication on top is only regarding the Buddy system.
If you do not have buddies yet, it will always show "offline".

Why you cannot use the mouse? Do you have too many USB devices connected on the same port (e.g. with a USB hub)?

For the Multiplayer, if you do not see servers in your region, please go up to your country, or higher, to the global view.
