Quick question: Steam version useable 'normally' ?

hi there. wanted to ask:
gamersgate has some nadeo games at offer, but is advertised as 'steam' versions.

can i somehow use my normal installation with these keys or do i have to play their games strictly through steam?

I think you'll be able to download normal version from playerpage. but I'm not sure, wait for official answer.

You can only activate the key with a steam maniaplanet installation but once you have assigned the key to your account with the steam version you can use the normal version as well. At least back in the days (valley release) it was like that.

well i think you're able to play the game without steam even if you bought it ON steam so probably yes

i know that's not the definite answer you wanted to hear but there's probably no official answer yet because it's sunday..

I confirm what Jojo said. You need first to create an account through Steam and then you can use the maniaplanet version without Steam.

No install of Steam neccessary.

5 minutes ago, I just bought a steamkey from Nuuvem and the steamkey can directly be added in your playerpage (associate key with account).
