Video Rendering Advice

so, whats up with the "Duration (s)" thing? do i just set that to 0 or somethin? and if i do, it shows me the time like a second or whatever and then it renders for one second. it doesnt go further and i want my motion blur. :I

This duration was meant for screenshot rendering.
But during video shooting it has to stay at 0.
