Problem hosting TM2 Valley, but not Stadium or Canyon

Hi,

Does anybody know of a reason why I wouldn't be able to host a Valley server (no one can connect), when I can host Stadium and Canyon perfectly fine?

I've checked what ports are opened, and it seems that I'm forwarding all of them.

Thoughts?

Just tried Valley, no problem. you have the startup script as ..

ManiaPlanetServer.exe /title=TMValley

No, I'm starting it from steam, hosting on the same computer I'm playing from.

Oh ok. never tried that to be honest.. I use the dedicated server software. Is there any reason you want to run it in-game apart from just the convenience ? It's really not that difficult to run the dedi one.
