I can't play Any Trackmania games at all

I know that there is a similar topics like this But none helped really so i hope it's ok i created this new topic

Now to the Main Subject:

So i tried to log in but i found that i forget my account details but then i decided to create new account but it won't let me, this is when i tried to connect to maniaplanet it's telling me my steam account is bound with another maniaplanet account, also this happened when i wanted to Play Trackmania Valley, now when i wanted to boot up a trackmania Stadium or Canyon it tell me this game key is already used when i tried to create a new account, i use Steam to run the games, and i contacted Steam support and said they can't do something about it, i forget my log in details and can't remember them at all, so how am i supposed to play this game when i can't have a working account?, How can i solve this problem? i want to be able to play all the trackmania games i've bought on my steam account, I have tried every single thing and solution on this forum and read all of them and none did help at all not even Contacting the support page of Ubisoft or Maniaplanet page haven't helped at all, i would appreicated if any of the admins or members can help, I've tried everything until i decided to creat a profile here hoping there would be a help provided, After all all the efforts i've done has been lost to nothing so far

Do you have the key? Do you have a prrof of purchase?

Honestly this is written very often: please contact Ubisoft support!

I already mentioned that i contacted The Ubisoft contact page and weirdly enough i waited a week and no response, i bought the game from Steam, here is a proof that i bought your Trackmania games and i have the CD keys, i jsut wants to know what should i do, i have readed through that page and i'm getting a bit confused

Please always try to make your messages more readable (with paragraphs etc.)

A week with no response is not nice, but unfortunately normal, and now there is holiday season, no idea if any support is possible right now.

Please try to think very hard which login you have used before.
Do you have created any track with that login?
Please check in your documents.
With the tool GBXDump you can read the map author.
If you don't know how to do, please upload and send me a link to one of your tracks in a PM and I'll tell you "who" has created it

And then you can try to reset your password on the player page http://login.maniaplanet.com/index.php? ... =&forgot=1

But I can't do anything regarding the keys anyways, and my usual contact @ Nadeo is now on vacation for at least one week.

For background information, a key that is already registered to a account cannot be registered for another account.
So you absolutely need to find out your initial ManiaPlanet login name,
or wait until the support responds.

Ah no worries, and i'm sorry about my paragrapgh, i will try to be more Clear

I tried to search for the GBXDump but i can't find it, and i wanted to mention is that i have not created any track From THe Trackmania games so far neither did download any of them (i first started The game back in 2013 May-June i think) , i usually spend time with the Single player at the moment trying to reach Gold/platinium times on All Tracks

And yeah i figured that it was because of Holiday as you said, i guess i have to wait until maybe they return, but any idea as to when will the support become availalbe? or that i can be informed?

And is there is a solution i can do that might work Somehow?

Edit: so i found some Screenshots of SOme tracks i raced on, i'm pretty sure i can Recognize my Name if there is at least a a way to view a LeaderBoard of that track? ANd for the info, i'm from KSa, i think that might Really help

Maybe if i look for that time on my country, i can actually find my name at least, also one is from Canyon and one from the Stadium Edition

According to http://www.maniaviewer.com/index.php?site=search_player only hotseel6 has games registered (Canyon, Stadium, Valley) and a ranking, so this player has played all three games.

The two others have no ranking, either they are demo players or did not play online yet.

You can also look here for all players http://www.maniaviewer.com/?site=player ... udi+Arabia, you might select a different region if it is not correct.

A screenshot that shows a ranking would be more useful.
Or please look for older replays! They should also contain your login.
