Got Muted - Can't pay planets

Hello,
I got muted on a server because of swearing. It tells me that I have to pay a 50 planets fine to get unmuted. However when I want to donate 50p, I get an error message:
"[...]Creator is not validated."

Why is that? I'm playing with a full steam version of TM2 Stadium.

Do you have your validation code?
This has to be used to pay anything ingame.

On the other hand, if the server is not setup properly, then you can't pay anything there.
Contact its admin, or don't use that server anymore.

If you've been generally a friendly, decent person on the server and an admin knows that, they may be willing to unmute you if you contact them.
Although that doesn't solve the problem of not being able to pay planets. But as far as my experience goes Tmarc is right.

It seems the problem is server-sided. However the server does not list a valid contact email, so I guess I'm fucked.
