A few important questions

Sorry im at work and i do not have time to weave through the forums for answers. I am an old player from trackmania sunrise and so ive been playing for years. Some of you may or may not know me but im going to start with a new name for TM2. A new beginning =]. (i have to start with tmuf) Anyways one thing that i have found in TMUF is that everyone has their specific environment they like. I am a noslide island guy, racing with the competetive racers of TMRS and DVIR, etc. Many others like stadium (idk why, its boring and has crap handling imo). Since I am american, i get home from work and nobody is online. There are only stadium players. I imagine all the island guys are from europe and have to go to bed by the time i get on. So i have no one to race against. Well when i heard that tmu2 was coming out, i got excited. Maybe there will be people to race against now! But like i said before, everyone has their environments they like best. So what if canyon doesnt live up to environments in tm1? Ive heard rumors that the cars are heavy and realistic handling is involved (nothing even remotely similar to my beloved island). So I have the fear that I may have to go back to tmuf, which will be abandoned entirely im sure. Will tm2 have the old environments?

TM2 is it's own beast. Despite the similarities with current versions it will not use old environments or tracks the way TMU does.
