[TM2] Other – Key bound to wrong Maniaplanet Account

Dear Support Team,

to keep things short (I already wrote four E-Mails to various support teams and posted in the german board):

Is there a possibility fix TM²-Keys (bought on steam) that are bound to the wrong Maniaplanet-Account? I didn't know steam-purchased keys were limited to a single Maniaplanet account.

Any of these solutions would actually help me:

• Rename the Maniaplanet account.
• Delete the Maniaplanet account to "release" the keys.
• Transfer the keys from one Maniaplanet account to another one.
• Give me a refund/coupon for the games and delete/block the keys in use.

Is there a chance to do any of the things above or could you think of another solution?

I can't wait to finally play the game, since I am a huge fan of the series.

When did you purchase the game?
If it is not longer than 1 month ago, please contact Ubisoft support and they can dissassiociate one of the double keys from your account.

It was around the 26th of december. What do you mean by double? I have only one key associated with the maniaplanet account at the moment. However, if they could dissassiociate it, that would be great!

They can only disassociate double keys if following restrictions apply:
- you have used two keys of the same game for the same ManiaPlanet account by error (e.g. activated 2x Canyon).
- Ubisoft needs to be contacted within a month since the date of purchase
- you need to have 5000 planets on your account (kind of a punitive tariff)

I am pretty sure I disqualify for number one and three.

At the moment I am still hoping that there is a reply on this thread from official side. A simple renaming of my maniaplanet account would fix the whole problem and would be the best solution for me.
