Goodies for Shootmania streamers.

Hi!
I've made some borders to have for your webcam and music-player (or whatever you'd like) on your stream layout. They match the current Shootmania GUI.

Nice stuff. You should create a gui for the bottom of the screen which fits with the ShootMania's. So we will be able to put ads.
