Ping and freeze

Hi,
Today I had to re-install all my maniaplanet game due to a reset of my computer.
And since, I can't play Shootmania games without have a ping of 2000 ms. My player can't move correctly.
But this problem just occure when i play Shootmania. I tried playing Trackmania and I had a normal ping and framerate, all was working well. I also can play game like League of Legends without any problems.
I tried change different settings like graphism quality, but nothing helps.
I really don't see what else to do to handle this.

Ok I made the test and i have 35Ping, 10.5 M download, and 0.5Upload

Edit : for information,
Two days ago I install a all new version of win 7, and before this all was perfect, I had a normal ping. I think it's when I Reinstall maniaplanet that I started to have big ping
