Is it really necessary to come and tell you after 2 weeks of epic lag in Gold lobby that something is wrong?
The reason I ask is because you run your own matchmaking... and you never even take a look at how your servers are running!
Incompetence, nothing more!

I've played on our others lobbies (because I'm not yet gold) every day last week without noticing any lag.
You are not the first to report lags, but I've check on our hoster status website (which is public and available here) as well as on the weathermap of their network and everything looks normal.
I'll give you the IP addresses of the servers tomorrow so you can give me traceroute to theses IPs.

The lag is not with pings, but the actual server/lobby.
Like pressing F6 to ready up takes like 1 minute. It often doesn't find games, even with 20 people readied up, once a match is found, it can take from 10 seconds to 3 minutes before you get transferred to a match server.
Also, the match servers are noticeably worse to play on than other servers.
It's like you're not running the servers on the required hardware (or there is some really scary code running that's making them lag this bad)
But my 20 cents are on you not running them on the required HW-requirements for those amount of players.

And SSM lobbies are just fine with lots of people in them. (for your information, the fault must be on your end so sadzealot calling incometence is true)

you're really funny to call those incompetent who have created all this.
The SSM are also using what Nadeo is providing, and that it apparently works fine there is a good sign, and shows that Nadeo isn't that "incompetent" after all, don't you think?
Let them at NadeoLive first investigate the cause and find a remedy.
Anyways you can't claim for a solution within 2 days (especially on a week end), so please be patient and respectful.
