Something is wrong with my lightmap

As title says something is wrong with my lightmap, but i can not figure out what.
I tried and tried and tried and what ever i try it does not work.
First i did try to export with or without smooth groups.
Then i tried to scale lightmap 2 times, then to create more spacing between lightmap elements.
On the end i recreated mesh and tried all that above, but shadows are still bad.

if anyone can figure out what is wrong with that file i would love to know.
