Connection slower/faster?

Hey

I just want to ask you guys, have anyone noticed worser "connection speed" in servers?
In many server i have experienced that the gameplay starts to look like 8-15fps when more players joins in, i guess the effect is snapshot? but the numbers are same as before, if i remember right 70-100 snap, 60-90 ping usually. So i dont really mean connection speed but something similar. Maybe the gameplay has gone heavyer?

I have better ping but still it's not possible to play when more than 10 players(high snap)

FPS is getting worse, i have 80-90 right now when on MP2 it was 150.
