i got a repeatable game freeze when i do this. Play a map in TM2S solo mode then do
esc -> input setting -> edit binding then try to edit a key binding.
Game freezes in all cases, assign new key or reassign key, from keyboard or gamepad.
When editing key bindings in Profile it works so no problem there.
No crashlog because there is none in "\Documents\ManiaPlanet\LogCrash" you have to end mp with task manager.
System:

win 8 Pro
i5-4670k
GTX 760 driver 337.81
If its just my pc then dont care
PS: fix the flickering blocks bug first
