I'm tired of cunts raging at each other for no reason. I want to turn it off, this community is way too toxic. Can I do that?

In Elite you can.
Press F8 and disable chat. Enjoy.

You can also remove other stuff from the hud if you'd like that.
The neverending waiting game has to stop.
