You need to combine all 3 games...

Post by scaramoosh »

Was such a stupid idea to begin with, currently all it does is serves confusion to people over which one to buy and splits up the tiny player base the game has. It doesn't help Maniaplanet is pure crap and confuses people even more, especially when worldwide servers aren't selected as default, also mixing the games together inside the UI when they're downloaded as separate entities is rather odd.

I don't understand why 3 environments warrants 3 different games... it just needs to be all one game and at this point throw Shootmania in there too just for lols as that is so dead too.

I think it's better in 3 different games, do you want to download 3GB in one game?(Canyon 1.5GB, Stadium 600MB and Valley 1GB),so for those who have slow internet connection,it's better. Also ManiaPlanet is making a big profit from it,better 3 games at 10$ one, because the price of 30$ for one game with all enviroments it's too high, and maybe someone don't want to play the Stadium enviroment (e.g)

It is only a hint for the new TrackMania2 title that allows multi- environment and car mixing on servers. At the moment you can play it only if you have all Maniaplanet TrackMania titles purchased and installed: Canyon + Valley + Stadium.
How it will be with the future universal demo, i can't tell, we have to wait a few weeks...
