Forgot my username!!!!! How can I play?

Hi all,

I have bought Trackmania Canyon on "Mar 14, 2012 06:40:55 PDT".
I now wanted to download the game again to play but...they make it very hard to do that..
I want to ask for a new password (forgot my password) but the security is tighter than NASA here as they ask me also for my username...I do not know this anymore since I did not play for almost 2 years this game.

I have the paypal confirmation mail for which I have spent 19.99 EUR to play this but I CANNOT.

Can someone help me out on this???

On their support page (http://wiki.maniaplanet.com/en/Support) it says:

I forgot my login

You must contact the Ubisoft Support and give them all relevant informations (gamekey, mail attached to the account, copy of the order, ...) to this adress: https://support.ubi.com/en-US/answer.aspx and look for your Maniaplanet game in the dropdown list.

Sorry, but how can you forget your username?
Holy balls, it's not others fault here that it's so difficult to log in without a username. It is there for a reason.

Did you forget your password too?



Beeing helpful, contact Alinoa here on the forum, send her all relevant information (e-mail adress of purchase, date of account creation, steam account ID / login) and she will help you for sure.

Thanks for the answer but you try to play a game few times and then do not play it for two (2!!!) years...I have specified that in the first place...I did not now that human should never forget their usernames...shame on me

Did you uninstall it completely, or do you still have taces like own maps, replays etc. in a backup or even in your Windows Documents\ManiaPlanet folder (if you do not have a completely new PC since then)?
Because with the help of such files you can also find out your login.

I lost that PC. After 2 years I decided to play again..My mistake apparently..

Nah, this can happen.
If you have proof of purchase, even the game key, the support will help you.
But please be patient, many are in summer vacation
