[Request] Change Z-index of Progressbar please

I had this idea to pimp the loadingscreens.

The idea:
1. Create png + cut out progressbar
2. Place it over the original progressbar
3. Enjoy the minimal look

Currently my idea isn't possible because of the z-index. I think the progressbar is at the highest possible z-index.

Even better would be to have full control over the progressbar.
