MP Crashes after pressing play on Launcher

Error Message 'The Applicatin failed to initialise properley (0xc0000142 Click Ok to terminate the application'

I have reinstalled several times with same result

Have tried to add crashlog but am unfamiliar with this code ??

Any suggestions please
