[MP3]convert of tmn eswc maps is broken

If you try to convert TMN ESWC maps, the cams do disappear, that bug happens with every tmn eswc map.

Importing TMUF Stadium tracks into ManiaPlanet is also broken.
1. Most triggers are now 1/9 block size and completely misplaced.
2. Some cam targets to local player are broken.
