c:\program files\maniaplanet seems to be where they would be, of course along with other stuff from Maniaplanet and Trackmania. But C:\Program Files\ManiaPlanet\Packs\ManiaPlanet.zip\Shootmania seems to be the only place labelled Shootmania, and it seems to only have one folder called Media. which goes to ShootMania/Media/Texture/Image and end with a hue.tga file. There are two .pak files which I don't know how to open. There's a lot of DLL's in the main folder, is that everything? The entire Maniaplanet folder is only 107 MB, and I thought Shootmania was over 1 GB. My documents\Maniaplanet is only 650 MB.
The reason I ask is that I was wanting to replace the music that plays during gameplay with custom stuff I've downloaded. I figured I could move the original files somewhere else and rename mine to the same name as the originals and it would work, right? And it also need to be .ogg?
UPDATE: I found C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ManiaPlanet\PacksCache\SMStorm_music.zip, which seemed to have them. Removing them and adding my own OGG files with the same names just made Maniaplanet update Shootmania after I clicked Play, and updated those files to the originals. Removing Updater.exe in the Maniaplanet program files folder just makes it update and download the file and then error after restarting, so I just put it all back.
Anyone have any ideas?
I know I could just play it in the background, but I thought it would be cool to do that.
