White box flicker on fly

After MP3 update, I have troubles with setting good performance in SM (>100fps).
On the same settings I have 40-85 fps which is not good.

Why I'm talking about that? Well, When I have fps drop, then sometimes (being on the fly/after bump jump) I see white box flickering on the screen. Perhaps it's because I'm using borderless mode.

Is there a way to fix that or is it a problem with my old GPU? (AMD Radeon HD 5700)

borderless mode? try fullscreen (not fullscreen windowed) then?

I tried, still the same. I think the problem is in game engine or in my settings:

The 1 frame CPU/GPU synchro makes you lose "a lot of" fps, just disable it
Post precess FX was buggy on trackmania from what I remember, I don't know if it has an impact on SM but i never saw someone playing with.

disabling makes stuttering on my 60hz screen xd
