Game wont open (Steam version)

I cant open my tm. Usually it will open only for few seconds and then it will shut down. After that it wont open anymore. I tried verifying integrity of game cache and it worked. But now its not working again. I dont know what to do. Can you help me? I played tm on steam before, and I didnt have single problem. But I had to repair my pc and now, when I have it back home and I started downloading things back this problem appeared.

What is your antivirus? Did you check out the settings of your firewall?

Im using ESET, gaming mode is turned off, do you think it is blocking game?

Soooo, after doing some stuff with my antivirus and windows and configuring personal firewall I finally managed to solve my problem. But I dont know for how long this solution will stay so. If I see something, I will post it here.

And problem came back again. I bet it has something to do with ESET Smart Security. Its controling my firewall. Is there any way how I can turn it off?

I've had pretty much the same problem.

I managed to fix it by disabling "raptr" (I see you're AMD like me) - so if you use that, it's probably the same issue.

Yea but I used raptr even before and it wasnt making any problems. Why it should now?
