[TM2] Key

Hi there,

I lost my player key, bought a long time ago and just can't find the email. It was bought from the maniaplanet website and so, as the support documents suggests, I'm hoping you can help me recover it.

How do I go about contacting someone about this, obviously don't really want to post my account details here.

You should learn to search the forum a bit, since this question arises nearly every week :roll:
Please read the Wiki http://wiki.maniaplanet.com/en/Support and then contact Ubisoft support. :)

Thank you for the reply, having searched the forum and found the link to the document you posted i followed the instructions there, it suggests I should contact maniaplanet if you bought the game from them. Since there was no obvious way on the website to contact them I chose to do it here. Perhaps you should read the wiki too?
To recover lost activation keys please contact your retailer, if you purchased through the ManiaPlanet site please contact them.

Maniaplanet redirects to gamesplanet shop.
If you have a proof of purchase, contact them.

If you only want to retrieve login and reset the password, you need to contact Ubisoft support.

But you did not really read and not really search the forum, because also this was told certainly some hundred times. :roll: ;)

Please report when the support answers and if it helped you to solve your issue :)
