Hi,

It should work remote, though we have not tested it.
Also eXpansion can be run remote towards dedicated server, this is tested though.

Though disconnects can occur easier, as you might expect.

in addition, if you run pluginpack remote towards dedicated:

Adding maps remotelly works, adding maps locally works, but no filelist is supplied,
trashing maps will not work, also some other file-system spesific features, like saving servers dedicated_cfg.txt settings at dedicated server folder will not work, if you run plugins remote towards dedicated server.
