All payment methods not working

I sent the support team a message but no response so I'm posting it here.

I bought the game using Paypal and for some reason my order got cancelled after a couple hours and now I'm not able to buy the game again.

I tried using credit card, paypal, everything. Even tried using someone else's e-mail (since the game I was buying was a gift).

I have 3 international credit cards with huge limit and use Paypal every month.

The payment site needs some work, urgently.

The problem is not going from Nadeo but from Metaboli/GamesPlanet

Have you try to download it from Ubishop ?

I was able to download it once.. but my e-mail wasn't linked to a Maniaplanet account so I can't redownload it or at least I don't know where to do it. Links from the e-mail ain't working anymore.

Really.. there's nothing more frustrating than wanting to pay for something and not being able to. I need to buy more licenses.

What do you want to say by my e-mail wasn't linked to a Maniaplanet account . Did you receive a mail which send you, your key, link to download and that your payement was successful no ?

Yes, and it also says that I can login to my account using my e-mail. But my e-mail isn't part of anything .. there's no account linked to it anywhere.
I wouldn't bother if the download link was working.
