Microsoft alows console overarching Online-Games

With that permission, is there a possibility, that Turbo will get connected servers between ps4,XBO and pc?

But is it possible that after a maybe long time, is coming an update where the ranglists and servers are put together?

Well, the CEO of Sony said that even if Microsoft allows it, they may not: http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2016- ... twork-play

Seems they probably won't allow cross-network on their side (not that it change something about Turbo, just that it's not that simple as you seem to think).
