[BUG][PC] Computer unusable after a Alt+F4 in TMT

When I quit TMT using Alt-F4 (it has happen too after a Alt-tab), my computer becomes unusable:
- The mouse is very slow.
- There are bip sounds each time I try to move the mouse.
I have to reboot the computer to fix the problem.

Did you check in the task manager if Turbo, TrackmaniaTurbo.exe, Maniaplanet or whatever application is using lot of CPU time in the background?
