Car select or customize?

I bought yesterday Trackmania Turbo on game disc, uninstall the beta install it and I'm surprised. The full game has only new tracks just before OPEN BETA (DEMO now). In Garage is only paintwork select otions. Can you change car in this game??? This is really full content?
