Is it possible to turn off track complexity limit?

Like the title says, are we forced to keep to the 8500 limit? I love making scenery on my maps look realistic, kinda hard to do that when you are limited to such a low count.

Is there somewhere I can disable this?

I understand that this can't be changed on consoles due to performance reasons, but a lot of us on PC are running with high end parts that can handle the extra load

Any info on this would be great!
