Multiple pads bug

Hi to everyone, i'm new and i have an annoying problem with the game every time i try to connect more than one pad.
I run win 10 and use the xbox one pads with wireless adapter (tried also only with usb cable) and play the game using uplay.
The problem is that every time i try to connect more than one controller to the pc the game stops working (if i try to start the game it doesn't run and if it was running before i connected the controller it freezes), the strange thing is that with every other game so far i've never had such a problem, even with the Trackmania^2 older versions.
