[CRASH] [PS4] Screen freeze while test driving in editor

I had a screen freeze in Turbo on PS4. It happened when I was doing a test run in the stadium editor. The moment I pressed restart and the screen went back to the start, that's where the screen froze. I had to close the aplication and restart the game and all progress in the editor was lost.

Same happens to me on xbox, I posted this a few days ago but got replies. The only solution I have so far is save before testing.
Also if the online features of the game aren't available, it seems to not happen as often.
