Friends List Not Connecting

For the past few days the friends list won't connect. The icon just keeps flashing.

Problem with the server or just at my end?

Same here. Most likely a server issue.

For me too, but after ~30min it works...

I'm having this issue right now :/
I can access my friends list on my player page on the internet fine, but in the game it just keeps flashing...

A restart of the game did not help.
