after some skype-sessions with skyslide my problem isn't fixed -.-
When I create a normal object with custom textures or game textures, create a perfect lightmap and a perfect basematerial, the object is normal importable and usable in the game (valley currently). But if i compute the shadows (nevermind what stage) all textures/lights/colors are destroyed. And skyslide made the same objects with the same steps and it works fine for him. We both use the blender version 2.72b.
For example - a simple snow object with own textures (all okay before computing)

...after: the textures are more "colorish" and the shadows are... erm... - http://i.imgur.com/yLrxFek.jpg
If i don't find a solution I can't create tp's or objects anymore and that would be bad
