User Profiles for Hotseat session

Hello,

I often play the hotseat mode with 8 people.
The problem is :

The profiles i made, work, but the players skin changes every race, and the ingame view switches at every new race back to standart ( but we just drive onboard) so we always have to change it again.

Somebody has an idear to solve these problems ?
I think if in the game is a 8 player ofline mode including, the solution cant be, that i have to buy 7 more keys

That's a "bug" or "feature", depending on your viewpoint, which is there since Maniaplanet exists
Most probably the reason is that local accounts are considered like demo accounts, where actually no customization is possible, hence no garanty for fixed skins.
I would say it is a pity, because local mode is nice for families, and which kid does not want to have its own skin or at least own colors on the car permanently
But at the moment, it cannot be changed.

youre right ,, but my bigger problem s tge permanent reset to standart view after every cace , i tryed to fix it , but it dnt work, , sad , i bougt a game with a promussed 8 player mode,, but now i have to make my tournament on tmn again,, , ,,, i hope when i buy 2 player chess , i dont have to buy white figures for thr double price

ah, the standard view... which key did you use?
normal numbers, or numpad number? because both behave different

in the controlls options , they are called: camera 1 til camera 6

ich choosr the cam 3 (onboard view) without using the numpad,,
at the start of the new race , the view reset to camera 2
The view of my main account stays on 3

in TMN and TMNF that worked alright.

ok , to finish this theme for people who had a similar pronlem in the future.
my solution,

i made a makro. Every time a playe pushes the restart button , theprogram pushes thenbutton for onboard view as well.
We drive tm in a sim cockpit, so i used joytokey to overlay a button on the stearing wheel.
