[BUG] Default UI does not reappear

Btw.: All I have removed from the original UI can be reactivated, by removing the plugin which claim the space.

I tried by just disabling the tachometer, didn't reappear. I had to modify lines 1016 and 1032 of plugin.records_eyepiece.php.

Maybe I disabled the tachometer wrong though.

1. You do not have to edit the PHP file plugin.records_eyepiece.php, there is a config file in where you can change that.

2. The place where personal_best_and_rank by default is placed is required by Records-Eyepiece, that's why that has be removed. But anyway, these informations from the default UI are visible in the InfoBar on top of the viewport.

EDIT:

3. You may be right about checkpoint_list and plugin.records_eyepiece.php, that space isn't required by that (I guess).
